Eggs With Creole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper
margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. canned tomatoes
slice of bread
egg
Preparation

Brown onion and pepper in
margarine. Add flour and tomatoes. Cook 10 minutes. Take a slice of bread and cut a hole in the middle.
Place bread in skillet with plenty of margarine and drop an egg into the center. Fry on both sides until nicely brown. Serve sauce over the bread.
