Pear Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped pears
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Cream together beaten eggs, oil and sugars. Add flour, soda and cinnamon. Add vanilla. Mix well. Add pears (coconut and pecans). Bake in greased muffin tins at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
