Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked spinach
1 c. fat-free sour cream
1 chopped onion
Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
celery salt, garlic powder and black pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter
1 c. low-fat cheese
Preparation

Butter or spray with Pam a casserole dish.
Sprinkle dressing mix to cover bottom of dish.
Mix ingredients and pour in dish. Sprinkle more crumbs on top.
Dot with butter and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
