Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar and cooking oil.
Add eggs.
Mix in flour, soda and salt.
Add nuts, apples and vanilla.
Pour in greased and floured tube/Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
