Simple Bacon And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    2 c. whole milk
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/8 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except bacon and grated cheese, in a blender.
    Blend for about 3 minutes.
    Pour mixture into a well buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle bacon and grated cheese on top of mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes. You may need to loosely cover the quiche with a piece of foil during the last 15 minutes to prevent top from burning.
    Let cool slightly.
    Cut and serve.
