Pork Chops Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium center cut pork chops
1 large onion
3 c. boiling water
6 bouillon cubes
1 c. rice (not instant)
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium size tomato, cut in slices
Preparation

Brown pork chops on both sides.
Remove from frypan.
In pan add water and bouillon cubes and stir until cubes are dissolved. Add rice, diced onion, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Put chops on rice.
Top each with a slice of onion, tomato and green pepper (if pepper is desired).
Cover and cook at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
