Mocha Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. strong coffee, chilled
    1 pt. chocolate ice cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour coffee into blender; spoon in ice cream, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
    Blend 10 to 15 seconds (or beat all ingredients with rotary beater).
    Serve immediately over ice cubes in tall glasses.
    Yields 3 or 4 servings.
