30 Oreo cookies, crushed (in a greased pan)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. 10x sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter and milk together until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour over cookies and freeze.
