Mexican Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper (black)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. ground cayenne pepper
2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meats, onions and green pepper in a heavy skillet. Drain off excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a 2-quart buttered casserole or baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Top with grated cheese.
Return to oven.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with tossed green salad and Mexican corn bread or tortilla chips.
