Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 c. mayo
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stack saltine crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Combine soup and mayo. In separate bowl, combine rice, celery and onion.
Season rice mixture with salt and pepper.
In casserole dish, melt 1/4 stick of butter.
In bottom of dish, put small amount of mushroom sauce, rice, then chicken.
Continue layering process.
Pour remaining mushroom sauce on top. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven.
