Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
potatoes
onion salt
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Take off heat and put in enough flour to make mixture thick and creamy.
Add milk, salt, pepper and onion salt to taste.
Return to heat and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
In baking dish, put a layer of sliced potatoes, then a layer of sauce.
Dot with butter; repeat layers, ending with sauce.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
