Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. margarine
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put dry ingredients into a bowl.
Melt margarine.
Separate eggs.
Mix yolks with four bananas and vanilla in blender.
Beat egg whites until firm.
Add banana mixture and margarine to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
