Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, drain and cool
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bread, broken
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk, salt and mustard.
    Beat again.
    Add bread and stir until bread softens.
    Stir in cheese, mushrooms and sausage.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 8.
