Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 red skinned apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 to 2 tsp. caraway seed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice apples and toss with lemon juice.
    Mix with cabbage. Stir together honey, sour cream, caraway seed, salt and pepper. Toss with apples and cabbage.
