Norwegian Pineapple Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    4 egg yolks, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    2/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar well; add well beaten egg yolks, pineapple juice and vanilla.
    Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
    Spread in two layer pans.
