Praline Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
2 large eggs
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
8 Tbsp. butter, divided
1/2 c. pecans
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. orange zest
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
Preparation

Bake potatoes until done.
Cool slightly and scoop out potato pulp into a bowl.
Beat in eggs, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
