20 Minute Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed crackers
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 large egg
    8 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into 8 oval loaves.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Spoon off excess grease.
    Pour sauce over loaves and bake 5 minutes longer.
