Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. bulk pork sausage
    1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/4 c. fine dried bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/3 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    48 mushrooms
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove and chop stems.
    In pan, cook stems, onion, garlic and butter 3 minutes or until tender.
    Simmer 5 minutes; set aside.
    In pan, cook pork and drain.
    Stir in stem mixture, egg, bread crumbs and basil.
    Cool slightly and fill caps.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
