Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, melted
    4 rounds Ritz reduced fat crackers or soda crackers
    2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together butter, crackers and poppy seeds. Pour half cracker mix into a 9 x 13 pan. Mix together chicken breasts, soup and sour cream. Pour meat mixture on top of crackers and top with remainder of crackers. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. (Make this into 2 casseroles and freeze one.)
