Turkey, Sausage And Potato Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium red potatoes (about 1 lb.)
    1 lb. green beans
    2 large onions
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 lb. Italian-style turkey sausage links
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 medium size tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut each unpeeled potato into quarters.
    Trim stem ends off of the green beans.
    In a 4-quart saucepan over high heat, heat potatoes to boiling and reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stir in green beans, adding more hot water to cover beans if necessary.
    Cook over high heat to boiling and reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
    Drain.
