Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 qt. popped popcorn
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil sugar, oleo, syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda to syrup bubbles.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Bake on cookie sheet 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
    Turn out on waxed paper to cool.
    Break up as it cools.
