Michael'S Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 individual portions boneless, skinless salmon
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
    1/2 tsp cajun spices
    1/4 cup black olives, sliced
    1/4 cup capers, drained and washed
Preparation
    Dip salmon in egg wash, then roll in flour.
    In skillet, cook fish in oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
    Do not move around in skillet.
    In separate pan, mix remaining ingredients and warm, but do not bring to a boil.
    Spoon a small amount of sauce onto serving plate.
    Lay cooked salmon in sauce.
    Spoon additional sauce over top of fish.
    Serve and enjoy.
