Helen'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream the butter and Crisco.
Add sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Mix baking powder and salt with flour.
Add milk and flour mixture, alternating.
Add lemon and vanilla extracts.
Put in cold oven and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
