Chive Buttered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Prepare and cook carrots by steaming or boiling until somewhat tender.
