Vidalia Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Vidalia onions
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    paprika, sprinkled on top
Preparation
    Combine the grated Swiss cheese and Vidalia onions with the mayonnaise.
    Place in baking dish.
    If desired, add a few drops of Tabasco to give it a zip.
    Make sure the Tabasco sauce is mixed well with other ingredients.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serve with crackers.
    Vegetable crackers are especially delicious.
    Great summertime appetizer.
