Lip Licking Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Cut into 1/2-inch lengthwise slices.
    Do not peel.
    Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.
    Mix melted butter, onion, salt, and pepper.
    Spoon over potatoes.
    Cover with foil and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 35-40 minutes, until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
