Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut to pieces
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 green pepper, cut
    1 red pepper, julienned
    1 oz. fresh chopped cilantro
    2 oz. melted margarine
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
    1/4 pt. broth
Preparation
    Fry chicken in hot oil until brown.
    Do not cook through. Arrange chicken in baking dish.
    Saute with margarine, chopped onion, garlic, and chopped cilantro (lightly).
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add peppers and mushrooms to top of chicken.
    Pour tomato sauce and water over top and bake for an hour at 350\u00b0 (gas 4).
