Amish Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. oleo
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream tartar
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Combine first four ingredients, beat well.
Add eggs and beat again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop small balls of dough on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 10-12 min.
Makes lots of cookies, may want to cut recipe in half.
