Skillet Cornbreads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Grease 2 cast-iron skillets.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into each skillet.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes, until golden brown.
    Makes two cornbreads.
