Champagne Sunsets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsweetened orange juice
    2 c. Brut champagne
    1/2 c. grenadine syrup
    8 orange rind curls (optional)
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 cup juice into each of 8 champagne glasses.
    Add 1/4 cup champagne and top with 1 tablespoon grenadine.
    Let stand 2 minutes; garnish with orange rind curls.
    Yield:
    8 servings (about 111 calories per 3/4 cup serving).
