Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand until well dissolved.
    Add sugar, shortening, potatoes, egg and salt.
    Mix real good.
    Add flour to make a fairly stiff dough.
    Knead well. Cover and let rise in a warm place until almost double in size. Work out into small biscuits and place in greased pan (not too close).
    Let rise until almost double in size.
    Brush with butter and bake at 350\u00b0.
