Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, chopped finely
1 can tomato soup
2 envelopes gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3/4 c. minced celery
2 Tbsp. bell pepper
2 green onions
salt
pepper
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Cream the cream cheese and add with gelatin to heated soup.
Allow mixture to cool.
Add mayonnaise, celery, onions, bell pepper and seasonings.
Let stand in refrigerator until thickens, about 5 minutes.
Add shrimp. Place in well oiled mold.
Chill until firm (overnight).
Serve with crackers.
