Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. pimento
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced onion
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut in colander for 15 minutes, cut into pieces with kitchen scissors.
    Place in large mixing bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
    Store covered in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    Keeps indefinitely.
    Serves 10.
