Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    4 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. green onions, chopped
    2/3 c. sweet red pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    5 c. cooked, chilled rice
    2/3 c. honey roasted peanuts
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet, add eggs, cook over medium heat until almost set.
    Stir in onions, peppers and rice.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently; add soy sauce.
    Cook 2 minutes. Stir in peanuts.
    Serves 6.
