Squash Casserole #6 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 onions, chopped fine
    2 medium grated carrots
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil
    squash
    until
    tender.
    Mix
    first 5 ingredients. Melt butter
    and mix with stuffing.
    Line casserole dish with stuffing. Reserve
    1/3 for top.
    Pour casserole mix into dish and top with remainder of stuffing.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
