Bacon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 small onion, grated
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lemon, juiced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least overnight. Form into 2 balls. May roll in almonds or pecans if desired. Serve with crackers of choice.
