Jambalojia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 lb. fresh mushroom
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 to 1/2 c. Heinz 57
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cubed ham
    1 c. cubed chicken
    1 c. shrimp
    2 medium tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in butter in large skillet until tender about 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Stir in water.
    Add 57 sauce.
    Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
    Add ham, chicken and shrimp.
    Also add tomatoes. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
