Vegetarian Black Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cans black beans
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic chips
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    pinch of dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion and peppers in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
    Add black beans, tomatoes, water and spices.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Add carrots and mushrooms and any other vegies you like and continue simmering until vegies are tender.
