Seven Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. 100% bran
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. melted butter
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. All-Bran
    4 eggs, beaten
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    together both the brans and the boiling water; let stand. Mix
    together
    the eggs, butter, sugar and buttermilk. Add
    to the
    bran
    mixture.
    Sift
    the flour, baking soda and salt.
    Fold the dry ingredients into the bran mixture and stir until combined.
    Fill
    muffin
    pans
    3/4 full and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
