16 Minute Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or oil
    1 chopped onion
    2 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 can bean sprouts
    2 c. diced cooked meat
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, place margarine or oil and onion.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add celery, salt and hot water.
    Cook 5 minutes in the oil.
    Add bean sprouts and cooked meat.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Combine cold water, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar and add the first mixture.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Serve on hot cooked rice.
