Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spicy sausage
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together by hand, roll into bite size balls. Freeze until needed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown. Yields 100.
