Maize-Ing Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can sweet corn
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In mixing bowl, mix corn, brown sugar and sugar.
Beat eggs, one at a time.
Add oil and beat well.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add all liquids at once and stir until well blended.
Pour into 9-inch pans or 9 x 15-inch dish.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tests done. If desired, frost with caramel frosting.
