Death By Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    2 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. double-acting baking soda
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cocoa
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs, then unsalted butter.
    Add sour cream, water and vanilla; beat.
    Add (sift twice) flour, baking soda and double-acting baking soda.
    Add cocoa.
    Beat, just until flour is absorbed.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Pour into buttered Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When cool, sift powdered sugar on top.
