Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced-calorie tub margarine
    1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    15 oz. lean ground beef, broiled 2 minutes
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 c. diced green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 1/4 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss together spaghetti, egg substitute, margarine, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes; set aside.
