Olive Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ripe or stuffed olives
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion, chives or parsley
    salt
Preparation
    Cut olives in small pieces to measure 1/2 cup.
    Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise or sour cream.
    Add onion, chives or parsley and olives.
    Season with salt.
    Fill celery stalks; cut into pieces about 2 inches in length.
    Chill and serve.
