Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour loaf pan.
Beat all ingredients except nuts in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl frequently, 30 seconds.
Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 3 minutes.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely before slicing. Refrigerate any remaining bread.
