Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. savory salt
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) brisket
    Worcestershire sauce
    liquid smoke
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine seasonings and rub into brisket.
    Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
    Place fat side up in roaster and bake, covered, at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours or 200\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    Place on cookie sheet; cover with your favorite barbecue sauce.
    Return to oven and bake, covered, 1 hour longer.
    Cool, then slice thinly with electric knife.
    Can be prepared a day ahead, then reheat, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If preparing ahead, wait until day of serving to slice.
