Pat'S Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fine noodles (10 oz.)
1/4 lb. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can chicken broth
salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet. Add noodles and onion. Stir over low heat until mixture begins to brown, then add green pepper, salt and pepper. When browned, place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Prepare rice according to package directions. Add to mixture in baking dish and mix together. Pour chicken broth over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
