Creamy Holiday Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (18 oz.)
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, melt chocolate, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and stir in condensed milk, salt, vanilla and nuts.
    Spread mixture evenly into an 8 x 8-inch pan, lined with wax paper.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
    Turn fudge onto cutting board and peel off wax paper.
    Cut into squares. Tightly cover.
