Green Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. minced watercress
    1 Tbsp. minced spinach leaves
    2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend.
    Thin with a small amount of low-fat milk, if necessary.
    Makes about 1 cup, 1 serving equals 1/4 cup.
